For the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Department (CDRRMD) in Mandaluyong, Arcanum designed and built modern, functional fit-outs within the existing City Hall structure. The project emphasized workflow optimization, emergency response readiness, and sustainable material use, tailored to the city's operational needs.
